The Submission → Judging Flow
- You must submit your project to Devpost by 10:00 AM EST on Sunday October 11th. This submission must include only one project including a GitHub link and 2-minute (max) demo video.
- Once submitted, your team will be assigned a demo fair table by 11:00 AM. Please make your way to that table and set up your demo.
- From 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM, at least 3 judges will separately make their way to your team’s table (3 judges for your beginner/general track + any additional for MLH/sponsor specific).
- You have 4 minutes with each judge: 2 minutes to demo, and 2 minutes to answer a question asked by the judge.
- At least one representative from your team is required to be at your table when a judge is present. Failure to be present will result in a score of 0 from that judge.
- The judges will score you based on those 4 minutes and the scores will be consolidated during deliberations.
- After 1:30 PM, all the judges will have visited, you are free to socialize or pack up until the closing ceremony at 3:00 PM (Pauli Murray (Hamilton) 100).
- Winners will be announced at the closing ceremony at 3:00 PM in Pauli Murray (Hamilton) Hall 100.
